1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NexaBooks AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NexaBooks AI provides an AI-powered accounting and business automation platform. Features include automated bookkeeping, invoicing, AI agents, CRM tools, and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws or regulations; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy

8. Intellectual Property
The Service and all related technology, content, and materials are owned by NexaBooks AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexaBooks AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
